Hypnotherapy is not dangerous. You naturally engage your subconscious mind every day
Hypnotherapy does not cause you to lose control. You cannot be made to do anything that is against your belief system
Hypnotherapy is not an unconscious or sleep state. You will be able to speak, to answer questions, to recall events that may be forgotten by your conscious mind. You will remember everything you “see” or think while in the hypnotic trance state.
Hypnosis is a superior from of physical and mental relaxation, which can be allied, to positive go forward suggestions to enhance performance, increase relaxation, break habits, such as smoking, and also phobias and give you an “edge”.
The subconscious mind is the most dominant part of your mind. You use it every day without knowing it. Just imagine how you would feel if you could hit your targets, feel confident at all times, give great public speaking performances, no longer suffered from crippling anxiety, be a slave to smoking, in fact you could realise your true potential. Then welcome to the world of mindset hypnotherapy. We specialise in giving our clients the “edge” in whatever they want to achieve, whatever it is, from giving up smoking to passing that driving test.
We live in a fast paced world that does not take any prisoners, and if you feel confident and relaxed then you can survive and succeed. We have a no nonsense approach, totally geared to giving you that “edge”.
Mindset Hypnotherapy caters comprehensively for client demands by offering a complete range of hypnotherapy services. These services are on a 1 to 1 basis and are fully confidential.
Jackie is the director of Mindset Hypnotherapy and is a fully qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist as well as being a Registered General Nurse giving life experiences which aids her skills as therapist who is accredited and registered with the Hypnotherapy Society.
When choosing a hypnotherapist always check that they have completed a fully accredited course which is recognised by a professional body such as The Hypnotherapy Society as there are courses for hypnotherapy which last only two weeks. In my opinion, from the training that I have received you would not be able to have a full understanding of Hypnotherapy / Hypnosis in that small amount of time to effectively provide appropriate treatment.
