Anxiety

Unfortunately, anxiety is a part of everyday living and the level of stress experienced very much depends upon the individual concerned and their particular life style. For example, an individual may have a stressful career and be frustrated by his working conditions. They may come home from work tired and irritated and take out their frustrations on their unsuspecting family who are oblivious to the reasons why. Result? Conflict! Seem familiar? This is only one example of how anxiety can affect an individual. The trained hypnotherapist is very skilled in the art of anxiety management and will work closely with the client to reach the required goal. To begin, the therapist will find the ‘root’ of the anxiety problem and the next step will be to get the client into a wonderful, deep state of relaxation before carrying out the next step, the therapy itself. Getting the client to be totally relaxed is key critical when treating stress and anxiety. Why? Because it is physically impossible to be totally relaxed and stressed at the same time! Pure logic!
